🍽🍽One of my favorites. The fish is so tender and light. Melts in your mouth with a pleasant flavor that can be paired with almost anything.
Place on tin foil or Cooking bag
Drizzle olive oil over the entire fish
Add salt and pepper
Chives
Place lemon slices on top
Close tin foil into a packet
Bake at 375 F for 25 min (depends on the size of fish)
Fish should flake easily.
Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
Food Fact: Research indicates that people who eat fish regularly have lower relates of heart disease. One possible reason is that the omega-3 fatty acids appear to slow down the process of blood clotting. Simply replacing a meal of red meat with a fish meal might lower your cholesterol.
