Samuel Adams Boston Ale

Made according to a recipe from the Koch Family archives.

A stock ale, one of the few classic beer styles to have originated in the United States, gets its name from the cool stock cellars where the beer was stored for maturation.

Brewery: Boston Beer Company

Location: Boston Massachusetts

Style: Stock Ale

Alcohol: 5.1%

Food: Braised meat dishes

A beer with more smoothness and body and a rich complex malt character with a caramel sweetness.
