Pen (custom forms)
Change of clothes (especially underwear)
Glasses/contacts

Neck pillow, cannot stress how this makes the flight more comfortable
Zip lock bags (plastic bags) all liquids in your carry on must be bagged.
Panty liners - easier to throw away then change your underwear.
